This opportunity is for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide specialized services in a K-12 educational setting located in OFallon, MO. The position is full-time with a contract duration through the current school year, working directly on-site in several schools within the region. The role involves supporting students across multiple campuses, delivering tailored speech and language therapy to meet diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to students across K-12 and self-contained settings.
- Manage caseloads including students utilizing AAC devices.
- Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Missouri state license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school environments.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to customize therapy approaches to meet individual student needs.
Location: Multiple schools in St. Louis, MO area including middle and elementary campuses and a specialized school serving K-21 students.
